Youtube Background "logo" question

Hi all,

I was wondering whether it's possible and "how" it's possible to create a similar background layout like here: http://www.youtube.com/user/illumistream.

I've read many tutorials and it all seems easily by uploading a custom background image, but how to get the logo below the white Youtube area at the top. In this case from my example it's the the logo "Health Guru.com".

I hope anyone can tell me how to realize this.

I think you have to be a youtube partner in order to be able to edit things like that..

 

I think you need to get in touch with youtube to use the background options.
