Youtube api for php4

    Can anybody tell me how i can use youtube api. If it displays this error

    [error] => Array
    (

            [description] => Bad, unknown, or disabled dev_id specified.
        )

) 


i am using this script

please check this example and tell me this work or not otherwise please tell me any other 
example for youtube api for php 4.

create new developer id but problem as it.
please first you try this example and than post me answer what's problem
