YouTube Annotations or End Screen/Card review

Hello. What do you think is more efficient for increasing subscribers? I made channel and put End Screen. Idea about annotations is more better for me but I change my mind because annotations do not work on mobile phones. And today many people watch through mobile phones everything. So if you like review my videos but the main thing is to give your experiences about this. Thank you

End Screen Card Annotations don't work on mobile phones either. At least not on my phone!

 

Uhhhh That is not good for sure. Must check on my mob. But do you know from this two what is more better to use?

Yes. And that is the only reason I choose that instead of annotations, and again it's not working. Bad again
