    Hello everyone.

    I'm looking forward to creating a channel on youtube and have it connected with Adsense but I have several questions first:

    -Should I join Google Adsense directly? Or you'd recommend to join a Youtube Partner Company?
    - How many videos, followers and views I have to get to be accepted?
    - How do a lot of channels use movies' clips and trailers though they're not allowed to but have ads at the same time.
    - Can I use movies pictures when talking about movies?
    - What music can I use in my videos?
    - How can I recognize what has copyrights and what doesn't?

    when you use a movie clip, often youtube notices it and give the ad money to the copyright owner... if you are just doing reviews and short clips, or maybe the trailer, it may not get flagged

    if you dont have an adsense account, you should join thru youtube - but if you have decent website you can use that to get a regular account and then attach it to youtube

    it is much harder to get a regular account

    i didnt have any trouble getting youtube hosted account - and my account had very few videos to start with

    if you use music, and its not copyright free (youtube has a library of music you can use for free) you will get flagged and that ad revenue will go to the owner

    you wont get flagged for movie stills...

    Are you sure about movie stills? and how would you know that youtube will give the money to the owner. They usually close your channel immediately without even asking you.

    Can I use music that is available in video editing\making programs?

    they have software that scans every upload, and the copyright owner decides what to do with anything flagged.

    if they remove it, you will get a copyright flag, and if u get a few you will get booted from youtube

    check if the music is copyright free

    for apply an adsense, I recommended using via youtube, is easier to get accepted ..
