    no clue it was banned. site is brand new. google ads are on it right now. they dont have a problem.

    a site can be banned from google SE and not from adsense. I'd guess someone else got it banned when they previously own it. You should make this clear to any potential buyer. However this could of course devalue it, as google is a major source of traffic for sites. So it might be worth holding onto it, developing traffic from msn and yahoo and requesting re-inclusion with google. By that time the site should be worth more too.
