This is site is fairly new so it has little to no traffic at this point, but it has great potential.

The site uses Wordpress as a content management system (CMS), so adding new pages of content is fairly simple and easy. It includes several PLR articles, and I am also including 10 unique, original articles based on the auto insurance niche with the sale of the site.

Since it is Wordpress, it of course, also has a blog integrated into the backend for better search engine rankings. So you get the best of both worlds.

The incudes a Google sitemap and has Adsense integrated. The Adsense settings are fairly easy to change as they are integrated as part of the theme. Just go into the theme editor, choose the adsense file/s, and edit the colors and input your Adsense ID - that's it!

You will notice that under the related sites heading, there are a few sites listed - these are all Clickbank affiliate sites. You can list whatever sites you like in this section using the 'manage links' section in Wordpress admin. I only included these as examples.

I have also submitted the RSS feed to a few places.

The site also includes a list of sites to ping whenever the site is updated, so if you are looking for an attractive all-in-one solution that gives your site the best shot at being profitable, then this one is definitely worth considering.
