Buying Your vote and also your friend votes

I'm looking for someone that can help me raise some online votes by voting me and promoting my voting links to their friend/family (so that they too can vote for me).
All votes must come with a valid real name and Facebook account.
If you can help me out, do let me know how much is your service fee per successful vote.

 

Is that allowed? I think it was banned to exchange votes and stuff a couple of years ago

I hope its not against any rules in here because I do pay for people who voted for me as a token of appreciation.

Then again if it really does againt the rules, hope the admin/mod could advise me.
