    i can not access the web site there is no problem. i'm from europe too. your site has good theme. as i see you wrote your contact email to site. i suggest you to add an contact form

    I can access your site (Indian)
    I uploaded a 2 MiB File at the rate of 16-17-18 KB/Sec (this is the usual Upload speed I get)
    Also downloaded the same file at the rate of 20-23 KB/Sec (Again this is usual download speed I get)

    So for me this site is fine ;)
