Your top 10 social bookmarking sites to get backlinks?

Seems like operating more than 1 account per social bookmarking site runs the risk of getting banned, and seems like an awful lot of extra work if the goal is backlinks and not traffic. Mine as well just sign up with one account to them all and bookmark your pages like that. Hopefully other people like it and vote on it, rather than you having to essentially become the community 10x .

yeah one digg does nothing for anyone, and before you know it the list is updating and you're on page 5. what automation tool do you use, any recommendations?

In this thread I am talking about "backlinks", not traffic. So it means if I join 100 different social bookmarking sites and add my url in all these then definitely I will get 100 backlinks? If this is true then good idea will be as following

Backlinks: Add url in 100 different dofollow social bookmarking sites
Traffic: Post at discussion forums and blogs either these are dofollow or nofollow
