    Please find the two options to get quality back links to your website. Among them which one you will prefer:

    Option 1: Two Way Link Exchange
    Option 2: Three Way Link Exchange

    One way and three way are always better than two way links. But the priority is to find good quality backlinks. If I can have good quality two way link exchange, it'll always be better than a crappy one or three way link exchange.

    On e wa y link exchange is history and webmasters hardly do it these days.
    Comparatively, three way link exchange is much better and you should always give it preference over one way link exchange.

    i always prefer three way as i dont need to add link on my website just use another website having good content and design as your backlink.

    3-way is better than reciprocal linking.. but I suggest you to focus more on getting One way links
