I own couple myspace resource sites and had them for over a year now...about a year ago the keywords were paying out great..now it seems like its almost worthless..unless my site got smartpriced.

Anyone else that has myspace resource sites that would like to share their stats. Is adsense paying out good on those sites?

One of my sites 2500 clicks a day and only $xx per day. It used to be $xxx.

Now when i go on adwords it seems like all the keywords with the word myspace are atleast 20 cent or more per click. Are myspace resource sites so popular now that google is just banking of them? are they taking a bigger cut on clicks...or is it just me?

Adsense on MySpace sites is dropping like a stone. Now it's simply ridiculous... The drop is across the board.

When I started out with my myspace site - back in April 2006, I had an eCPM 4 times higher than the ecpm I have now. It's really awful...

In 2007-01-01 all the adsense earnings from my myspace site has dropped from like $0.20 to $0.01, the CTR is the same, but now for 4 click I got $0.03!!!
    it's terrible.

Maybe Google is finally cracking down on all those sites. I have growled at my computer screen many times when I try to view someone's pictures and I end up clicking a hidden link to a profile creator website.

There are some irate people on myspace that get all upset with people spamming their comments, yet they have no problem with some profile creator blocking out their picture link. I don't blame them for not wanting their profile used as advertising space. The thing is that many profiles are advertising for 2 sites already: the myspace profile creator site and photobucket.

The more likely reason that earnings are down is the fact that there is so much more competition. A year ago, I saw less than a dozen myspace tool sites used, but not there are dozens, if not hundreds.

Its simple...the competition has grown too much...if you have 1 mil publishers for myspace..do you expect a $1 ad to show up?

These low payouts is the reason I sold my main myspace resource site, I just got sick of the clicks paying 2-10 cents in range and looked for a new niche.

Back this time last year when I first started making MSRS's the payouts were about 4-5 times what they are now, the reason been is that the market is flooded with these sites now, ECM advertising might be good for you now?
