Your StartLogic Experience

    Hey guys, I would like to know what you guys think about Startlogic Company that provides hosting and domain.

    I have them for 4-5 months now. AND I REGRET MOVING TO STARTLOGIC from Godaddy. Their Customer Service is the worst I have ever experienced. Some of their support guys doesnt even know much about technical stuff. And their staff takes ages to reply back. I had a domain problem and basically it took them 3 weeks to fix it. Even tho all they had to do was direct my domain to my existing Server. I would like to know what you guys think..

    Well, what did you expect, really?

    They are a classic over-selling, budget host.
    The way a budget host makes money is cutting corners and cutting costs.

    HEy thx for the comment but there are other companies out there too, but way better than startlogic. Funny thing is some of their staff doesnt know much at all...

    This is true, not all companies are the same. Regardless of price, all hosts operate differently and have different degrees of service levels.

    Sorry you're having a bad time...
