Did anyone else get their SSN/EIN first verified and now saying "incorrect"?

I called and talked to someone on the phone, explained the problem, they tried entering it in the system again and still rejected. This morning I faxed over my W-9 and a photo copy of my social security card just in case, so we'll see. I'd rather avoid using an EIN as my CPA suggested I stick to using my SS#, and I'd have to change it with every company I'm currently working with, none of which have any problem like I'm having with YPN.

I also called the IRS to find out some more info as to why it's happening. They said it's because your social security number will only show your name when being checked, so if you try to match the name of an LLC to it, it will not match when they run their check. Kinda a flaw in the whole check system. What they'll need to do is confirm via another method (which hopefully they'll do).
