Blogging is a good way to get good traffic, catch eyes of prospective customers/visitors. One good thing out of blogging we get is, you can get a good number of traffic in short time, if you do it right.

Now does everybody can do it? What I found so far is no. Unless you pay for it. Some people team up with others so they can vote each others to make the post front page. Others who doesn't have friends much, won't be that lucky.

But indeed its a good marketing. If properly used it may bring light on your site. Without marketing your site is a pretty girl hiding in the dark, nobody can see it.

There wasn't any question, just expressed my thoughts.
Rank.com is a very good name. And your site is very nice also.

yea but one thought on that is that you can do it if you play the "social" games just right, my forum is a month old with no ad's from any PPC etc. but with stumble, digg, and myspace i have created a 710 member 800 thread forum. For the most part it is a hard road to run but its well worth it, if you do your homework and have patience

True, one can have the best site in the world, yet remain undiscovered due to poor marketing strategy.
