If i could get a 1-10 for each of these (1 being the lowest, 10 the highest) and maybe some personal thoughts i'd be greatful!

dude, firstly on your logo,
Logo is good but the Tag Line is difficult to read
Love the effect on the left sidebar nice one
Work hard for content
remove those Top Blogger and stuff from right site, they are all crap

On the right menu, I would add a white background with a low opacity (so its somewhat transparent) right now, the elements look like they're floating.

 

I would place categories first, then archieves, then contact. I am not sure about the logo. Rest looks nice.

 

I agree with zerosleep about the logo tag line, yellow on grey is hard to read. Maybe the blue you use for your post titles would be good. All the rest seems okay.
You can add adsense or other monetizing programs.
And of course, add fresh content every day.
