Your recommendations please for my niche directories

I have just completed adding 4 directories to work with my main website and I would appreciate your ideas, recommendations about user-friendliness of the directories. i am most interested in hearing how the directories function in different browsers, speed, functionality of script, etc.

Nice site(s). One comment is that the welcome screen has the "What is" and the How to use" area. The text is very small and hard to read. While I can read it fine, I amonly 36 yrs old. My father is over and he needed to get so close the screen he smudged it to read it. I would look at increasing the font size on that graphic.

The shopping poratal looks great, lots of info and not too overwhelming.
