I'm sure some will fall of it. If any colorful information was placed on my sites and repdefend came knocking - I would simply ignore them... just to see if that $30/month (If we find an item of online content you don't like, we'll carry out our proprietary DESTROY process for you on that item for the one-time low fee of $29.95.) will be enough to get me in front of a judge.
