I received an email from Paypal That I can withdraw my funds while my account is limited.

Your PayPal funds are now eligible for withdrawal.

To withdraw funds from your account, please log in to PayPal.
As a reminder, access to your account will remain limited.

While access to your account is limited, you may:
* place logos into your auction listings or on your website
* update your account information
* withdraw funds from your account

You may not:
* send or request money
* receive payments
* add funds to your account
* close your account

I think its a good news for those who have limited accounts and have funds

Your info is very old, Since if you limited paypal account, of course you can withdrawl it after 180 days without provide id and utility bill.

 

Ah thanks. this would put the issue to rest of what you can do after they release the limitation. I heard some people mentioning about transferring the balance to another account but that pretty much is out of the question since an account which has been lifted from a limitation cannot receive or send money.

It also put the issue of those people with fake details (ie name or address) to be unable to withdraw their money since the bank account needs to be in the name and address of the paypal account holder.
