    Do you mean that Facebook is not allowing your payments to go through because they suspect unusual account activity? You should be able to go through the Facebook help features to get it straightened out. They may just be trying to ensure that your account has not been compromised or hacked in some way.

    when I try to advertise I enter my card and notice that it detects unusual movements how my ad account should be what I need to do

    how should my ad account be

    If there's an unusual activity, there must be something that you're doing which is not normal. Go back to the start and draw the whole process of your marketing down. Once you find the leakage, fix it.

    If you have business account in FB you can try to contact them, I believe there are live people there when you applying from business account. But this is your last option, firstly try to figure our what was wrong on your own
