    I got this message:

    I have contacted them 3 times and i got the answer:

    I have been waiting 2 month for anything I can do so they can remove the hold.
    I tried to add a question on their adsense forum, but I didnt get any answer.

    Can already tell you that everything on the page is okej, like tax information, payee name etc.
    I got paid many times before, but suddently this message was there.

    Yes of course... You mean when they sent the Pin code?
    Long time ago... or else i wouldnt get paid.

    yes, I requested Pin code, but i didnt receive my Pin aka confirm the address. Finally i decided to mail them my photo id and get verified.

    if you got paid many times, that means your address is ok.

    In Account Settings under Payment Settings, make sure the Self-hold status is not on hold payment.

    you should sent another letter to the customer support. it might have been hijacked? or they wouldn't receive it due to a technical problem such as maintenance time; they could accidentally delete it. It's your case so don't miss any opportunity and don't waste time you wouldn't have to.
