No, there are no redirections. If you opt for reseller account then I will create seperate account for each domain and set them up as individual proxy sites. Else I will set them up as addon domains and each domain will be a seperate proxy site. thanks for asking SNZ
It depends. Currently I see an offer in webhosting section for a good VPS which costs only $6. Generally it will cost you between $4.99 to $48 for shared hosting or VPS hosting. If you buy a dedicated server it will cost you more.

I was also doing calcalmx123's website but the hosting he provided is having problems. Ok, to be clear $2 does not include buying (cost of) hosting and domain, $2 is just for setup of proxies. It now looks a bit contradictory to me too as it looks unclear whether cost of domains and hosting is included in $2. It is just not possible to include cost of hosting and domains in $2. It would be "Too Good To be True" offer to include domains and hosting cost in $2. I am not offering it. I am only offering to buy domains and hosting on your behalf and then setup proxies on them. I hope it clears the confusion. I have no problems if you have your own hosting or choose to buy the domains yourself. I have added, buying hosting and domains in my list of service, just to make it easier for people. You can buy domains, setup hosting and then ask me for setup of proxies on those domains. However, the price will remain the same i.e. $2 per domain and a minimum order of 10 domains. If you buy domains through me .com and .net domains will cost $8.90 per domain (Cheaper than godaddy or enom) and .info domains will cost $2.19 (tax included) per domain. Godaddy offers it at $1.19 (including tax) but requires a credit card to process orders (even through paypal). Preferred Hosts are TMZ hosting, HagioHost (Currently hosting one of my proxy site) and Lacehost. The reasonable hosting plans for this service has already been listed above.
