I normally use PHPROXY, if you would like another recommend ot to me and I'll go for it. And without a domain it is $2.50 for installation and hosting. www.x81.us is mine.

nope $5 hosting i give with the single payment. hostinf isnt much and i have 250 gigs. i only allow things for the proxy. large files must be uploaded elsewhere.
If this is without promotion, I'd rather go for the 7$ offers out there. Does 1and1 hosting allow proxy sites? They even suck with normal sites, what more with proxies. Good luck.
