Your or UR ?

    Hello I am wanting a domain that is either going to have Your or UR which one is better in general.. for seo, word of mouth or whatever you think thanks..

    ur is slang and your is possessive so if you wanted to it would need to be youre as in you're instead of your.

    I would try to stay away from using your in the domain, but rather use "my" instead. but if you have to use your, I would use ur even though it's slang.

    Is the domain intended for the US/UK online audience? If so, then using UR should not be reason for concern I believe. SEO-wise, "YOUR" is too general to be treated as a valuable keyword so "UR" could win again if you wish to vote for it. If the website is internationally-oriented, then "UR" might not be as meaning as you'd want it to be...

    On a side note, domain name choices are not as big as they were back 10 years ago, so we might have to go for inventive alternatives...

    Thanks for your input guys I am targetting the USA market in general although i may get some uk traffic and other english speaking countries what do you think?

    hitboy even i already replied to a similar topic you created i see you like "UR" already (i see your rateurhost sig)
    This is totally up to you

    For me it's better if you want to use slang to use a whole slang word(s) for the domain name and not slang parts
