I like the layout! Very nice, however I would change the background because that pattern looks odd.. maybe a gradient or solid background color will do.
Don't change that, I think it looks awesome. My website www.techpuddle.com does not have a layout near that cool. Im a little jealous!
Like your template but there is one thing i would change...
