Your ad should reflect your keywords more then anything. Think of what your customers are going to be searching for and incorporate those words so that you kill two birds with one stone if you do this it will help your google ranking also.
if had to choose from the three ads you have provided i would most definitely go for number 1. why ?? because it is well written (though you can improve it but playing with the words a bit) & it has the magic word free in it.
