Your opinions please

Hi all,

The site in question is text based soccer manager game and it has been public for about 18 months. Link in my signature

I am about to make a complete makeover of the site and start all over again. New database and new language but how about the design?

What do you think? Could it remain as it is or should I make a some changes(details or a complete remake of the design as well)?

All opinions are more than welcome!

the menu bar and sidebar/ entire site design seems quite old style, you need to improve it to latest web 2 designs, good luck with ur site, also put up a nice logo.

 

The site design is nice. try to put more content to your site.

You're probably correct in your opinion, just remember we are are classic gamers that likes text based(!) games. Design isn't my field(site is not even two years and yet old fashion. Could you give me an example on how a modern design should look like?

You should get a better theme and add more content to the site.

 

Understand that the web has more so converted to web 2.0... Try make it more appealing to the eyes, perhaps try different colors schemes, fonts and adding effects gloss etc

 

Logo and title and this top green area could be improved.

Hello, what I would definitely change is the logo on top of the page. It looks too simple and generic….

 

I think is a good start

 

Nice site and pleasant colors, good keep it up..

 

I would recomend:
1) Change your logo
2) Add a fav icon
3) Add a site map
4) Use a template with different colur schemes to liven the site up
