hey guys. this is my web design company and i was wandering what you guys think about the layout? do you feel its professional enough to get people to actually trust us to make there website or not? thnx link - http://07-designs.com/
Yep, it's a nice site. 2 things... I wouldn't make the off site links to your clients too prominent, it's a little too easy to click a link and never come back to your site. Also, maybe bump up the font size a bit, and cut some of the bold. And next time, it's probably a good idea to post this sorta stuff in the reviews section
I love the header.. The site is nice also.. The problem is the two do not go with each other. The header has more design. If I could have it my way I would take the header and incorporate it into the site more
Hi Lethal7, I think your site is pretty neat. The look and feel are welcoming... So I think your good to go! Thanks' hope this helps! Albert
it is a nice site, personally I think it would look even better if your borders to the the sections were darker - maybe the same colour as what you use for the background to your navigation.
very nice site, only problem I have with it is that it doesnt shout out at me that you are a design company. Initially I just thought it was a blog. Add some prices, discounts etc they tell me that you are selling a service. Methods of payment, some examples of your work visible on your homepage. Some sort of flash intro might be the best way to do it. So generally, its a clean site, just need to promote what sets you apart from the rest more visual. my personal favourite design site, cant really fault what they do http://www.templatemonster.com/ , other than there are alot more prettier sites out there, but difference here is that they are alot more effiecient about selling you a design, theres alot of infomation on each page, but its still clear and keeps you engaged.
thank you for providing some good crit. there are no prices up atm due to the fact that im still finalizing them, basically i want my site to start up with clients from my own country so i have been doing some research and am soon going to be posting prices up. i am brand new to actually working for clients as all my previous work has been done as a freelancer or just because i purely enjoy designing so i am limited to applying anything to a portfolio yet. As soon as i do get some work i will def be updating the site to a more suitable standard of a business.
To be honest with you, when I go out looking to employ someone I dont check if theres URLs to follow the designs. Provided that the art work is good then Im more than happy to buy their services. So you may aswell upload more of your best work, or alter it to make it more suitable. Doesnt really matter, since its your own work, and you are fully capable of producing such work for a client.
