I think you will soon be getting a cease and desist letter from the lawyers representing Apple, Inc. You are using the name "apple" in your domain name, which is a clear violation of Apple's policies:

    https://www.apple.com/legal/intellectual-property/guidelinesfor3rdparties.html

See section 9 where it says you cannot use the apple trademark in domain names. Also, you are using a variation of the trademarked Apple, Inc., logo as your own logo. That's a big violation.

The domain name is excellent. If you were using it as a site to sell fruit, you might get away with it. But since you are selling/advertising/promoting/affiliate for Apple products, you will soon be hearing from their lawyers I am sure. I suggest you take the site down and re-purpose it as something else or try to sell the domain name. Because you are never going to get away with trampling on Apple's trademarks like that.

I saw your site and it looked like you were using Amazon. Looking at the iTunes affiliate program, it says that using Apple trademarks is grounds for rejection. But you were approved.

    http://www.apple.com/itunes/affiliates/resources/documentation/faq_en.html

On that page they have an affiliate help desk where you can ask. You might want to do that.

The difference between your site and that one is that one is not selling anything. You are. There is the potential for confusion between your site and an official Apple site. That guy is doing a blog about Apple's stores. You are trying to sell Apple products and are using Apple's trademarked name in your domain name and using a variation of their corporate logo.

You can use a trademark in domain names in certain cases. Such as somecompanynamesucks.com. There is little chance of confusing a site critical about a company with an official company site. And if you have permission, you can use trademarked names such as somecompanynamecoupons.com or whatever.

I see you made some changes to your site since yesterday. You got rid of the variation of the Apple logo somewhat (you tipped it on its side). That's a good start. If you want a definitive answer, you can always contact Apple's Affiliate Help Desk and if you get their blessing, you should be on solid ground.

I like your site. Seems like a good place to start if you're interested in learning more and about the products. Not sure about breaching trademark etc.

Yeah I had some issues with trademarked names in the past. It is best to avoid these. What I did was I went ahead as normal but when I got the letter for my domain using a trademarked name,...........I simply took it down after I offered to sell it to them.
