If developed it can be worth a lot more. I would say develop it yourself and even profit off of the website/monetize.

You can make upwards to $2,000 although you probably would make more by building it up.

Thanks. How many others think that this domain is worth $2,000?

I find it quite funny - I would buy 10 domains like this if I was offered the opportunity to buy them for $2000 :)

IMHO it's worth around 20k, but I agree that developed it can be worth in the $xxx, xxx - $x,xxx, xxx range

go ahead mate, i am already surprised that you are not having a portal for it !!
You've wasted a lot of traffic tbh.
Anyways, not too late. Go ahead and start a portal. It should be success ;)

If you really want to sell this domain, put auction in Flippa.com. It could definitely reach 30k I think.

I agree with the $XX,XXX valuation. I have personally bought a few premium single-word .net's and .org's for mid-$X,XXX each; so there would be no shortage of end users out there willing to pay more than $2,000. Obviously there's a lot of online interest in the word "webmasters", and the term clearly fits with the .net extension.

Probably $10,000 to $50,000. I'm basing that range on the recent sale of Company{.net} at Flippa, since that domain seems comparable in value.

The downside? This domain is liable to be confused with the plural version: "Webmaster" versus "Webmasters". This bifurcation is more of an issue for "Webmaster(s)" than it is for Company {.net} / Companies {.net}, I think, because the latter domain will tend to be read with the TLD as part of the brand name: "Company dot net".

I agree on that, but then it would be more liable to be confused if the domain were 'webmasters.net' rather than 'webmaster.net'

Could comfortably sell in the $20k range. I'm curious, did you purchase the domain?
