You're not breaking any rules, but you are in the wrong subforum. The right place to ask is here: https://forums.digitalpoint.com/forums/reviews.91/ (and then the appropriate subforum, of course - yours would be either websites or design)
It looks good but there are a few things that are just slightly off and would stop me from contacting you. Your 'contact web designer' menu label at the top of the page is awkward. I guess you're trying to keyword stuff and I wouldn't hire someone who had to try so hard. You actual contact page doesn't have any contact details. If I can't pick up the phone or see where your offices are then I'm not interested. I might choose to fill in the form but I want to know that I have choices. I'm guessing you are in Bulgaria which is fine, but it would be good to have a "How we work" and talk about how you manage projects with a "distributed" team.
