Your opinion on this placement?

Here are a couple pages with what I think is good Adsense placement. What do you think?

i would use something other then those smilies.. maybe a coffee bag? or something of that nature.

as for http://family.contentforcontext.com/What-Should-I-Get-Mom-For-Mothers-Day.php i would use use txt ads only and blend the left hand banner orange also

just get rid of the borders on you 250x250

 

I would except then it would be against Adsense TOS

 

Change those smily faces & remove the dark green boarder as well.

 

that looks good but if you use white borders and background for adsense it will be better
