Its a bit of a mouth full and a long winded URL - you'd have to find someone who would want that name specifically - Im not sure if you'll make any profit on that..

Never know, you may find that person who want it!

The only person I could see buying that domain would be someone who wanted to make a memorial site of sorts about the tragic event, and I personally would never try to make money off of someone like that, but that is just me.

    Yea its good!

*if you wanna make money you need to find one word .com's .net's .tv's etc etc - or catchy short URLS like that... for cheap then hold on to or develop it - then sell it later on. Decent .com's are all gone so people are buying up the nets and .tv's as well

It is fleeting traffic. Soon it will be Hurricane <fill in the blank> or another tragedy that tops the news. Monetize it and risk a lot of nasty emails.

I know one guy who bought several domains related to a certain shooting spree on a certain campus. He used WHOIS privacy and set up an MFA. He made money and also hid his identity.

Who are we kidding here, this happens all the time... His view was that, if he didn't do it, someone else would. And that we are in this business to make money, not win popularity contests.

Very true. However, it still made me ill.

It is a passing news story. Once something else catches the news, it will just be a memory. If you created a good site, you might be able to make a quick profit but I do not think you will make much from just the domain.
