Hi, I don't know much things about SEO so I would like your opinion on what I do for my websites. If you have any suggestions or new ideas for me, feel free to tell me. 1. Once my website is fully completed, I submit it to popular directories/search engines. 2. I use sitemaps, meta tags and all the others stuff like that 3. I optimize the content with related keywords to my niche (Using google words tools) 4. I keep the information on the website up to date / I regularly add new content 5. I use social media. This way, I keep my visitors busy and interested by my website. 6. I use google groups, yahoo answers, related top blogs/forums to reach new visitors. (I leave useful answers and post to people with a backlink) That is pretty much what I do for my websites. Share your opinions and suggestions. Thank you
You are doing real right things, but if I were you, I would also try article marketing and some web2.0 backlinks would be very useful. Keep working!
Your strategy is cool.... While Press Release, forum postings and article marketing is also a great way....
I agree with patco. I think a good way to promote your site is to start writing articles and submit them to article directories such as ezine article. You should also write articles in web 2.0 sites such as squiddo, blogspot, wordpress, tumblr and submit the articles to social bookmarks. Do not copy paste the content. It has to bee always unique!
