Well a really long story short. I can't get my Paypal account back until I'm 18. I could get my mum to make an account for me or I could wait until I'm 18 and find alternatives until then. Only problem is I want to sell stock over the net and people LOVE Paypal, it's really all they accept. Should I get my mum to sign up for the account and add my own bank account or should I wait and find alternatives? Problem with getting my mum to sign up is that it's the same IP that Paypal limited me from....suss much? Anyway your opinion please...?
How old are you now anyways ? If it is a year or so before you turn 18 then just wait till you are 18 so that you will be operating legally. Most payment processor would not want to work with anyone under 18 because of the law of contract which states that contract with minors are not binding. If your mum signs up for the account then she would be solely and exclusively responsible for your actions. She would need to use both her bank account and credit card to get the Paypal account up and going. I should not worry about IP because that is usually dynamic. As long as your mum gets the account verified then you should be safe.
IP wont matter, u can open ac in name of mom, pitaji, bro, tau, kak nana , chacha, dada n so on ... n IP too keeps changing unless its a static one .. keep checking it here : www.whatismyip.com
An IP address will matter and could cause the new account to get limited. With the exception of dialup, dynamic IPs can "stay" for any length of time unless it gets disconnected and leads to obtaining a new IP.
bro, if pypal gets limited then he will be in torble anyways.. with or w/o IP best way is to keep funds clean and properly documented, PP wont limit a/c for no reason as for the IP thibgy, i think we disconnect net a few times a day atleast try checking ur IP - www.whatismyip.com and let me know if its too hard to get them changed ... UNLESS they are static... cheers!
