    The ad placement are perfect! (I like how you placed 2 columns on the right side of your site). My suggestion is to change the grey to pink instead so its more visible (so readers can read it and click it).

    Let us know how the CTR has improved from this placement :)

    Looks good. You may want to test different colors, I have noticed when I blend to much the click through goes down. Also I have noticed since blue is more common for a hyperlink it seems to work the best on my sites even though it does not blend.
