Your opinion on a six level affiliate program

    Hi all,

I had an idea to setup a social network program with a six level PayPal affiliate program that pays $1 dollar directly to the referrer (I am not sure about the actual dollar amount yet). This social network should contain information for newbies who like to start making money online.

The idea is also to get advanced marketers in who can than build up their downline and who can advise people who like to start and post their information in a bulletin board. The whole setup will be on a recurring monthly payment of totaling $6 or more.

The idea is to setup something similar to MySpace and Facebook or even sales spider. Sales spider is an online community where members also offer their services for a reduced price.

Does anyone think that this could be done?
Is it wise to get the first 1000 starters in for only $1 to get things started?

There was a social site like this I saw a while ago... it was payout based on page views, not just referrals, but it was an interesting idea. I was just too lazy to set up a whole social networking gig for that, it wasn't all that much actual pay.

I was afraid people were looking at it like that, that's why I posted this thread.
So maybe I should consider a 2 or 3 tier program for this.

Thanks for your response, I appreciate it :D

You should definitely first soak yourself in the best information you can get, before starting anything.

At first sight it doesn't look very legit.

    Thanks HomeSweet,

I am looking into several ways to get things started, and of course what better way to start to get opinions to make sure I am doing the right thing. I like to start some kind of membership site where newbies like me can get started with several ways of information on how to get things done the correct way

Paypal doesn't even allow 2 tier programs. 6 will get you in deep trouble.
