I have been looking at several sites from affiliate marketers.
One thing I do NOT like is the "shouting" red texts nearly jumping from my screen. :(

Since I want to sell many things over Internet as affiliate for stuff I found on ClickBank, Commission Junction and other sites I wonder how you guys feel about what an appropriate site should look like and has customer appreciation.

Hoping to hear from you all soon. I am in quite a hurry.

    Thanks for your time.

Pick a site out that you like, and build one like it. Then come back and ask for an opinion. All sites are different and should be structured according to the product or topic. Sales pages have the shouting red text that you don't like and those sites make a ton of money. That doesn't mean you have to have a sales page. It just means that it will be very difficult to tell you what a site should look like. You need to come up with your own angle. For example, blogs don't have that shouting red text so you could come up with a blog format, depending on the purpose of your site. Only you can decide that.

What you like and what people buy are 2 different things.

If you focus too much on aesthetics, don't complain when
you get no sales at all.

Affiliate marketers use "shouting" red texts because they work
and it's a timesaver when building out lots of campaigns.

Who has the time to plan another new design for another
    new site?

Just duplicate the previous design that has been proven
    to work.

The easiest & fastest way is to get a wordpress template and get
started with promoting your site. Woothemes has great
looking ones if you really need it to be pretty.

Once you have some sales, then you can start changing
and beautifying your site. If you see that conversions
drop, you know that the new design is working out.

Go clean and simple if you don't want the screaming reds. While there are a lot of people who gravitate to these reds, there are also others who prefer the uncluttered sites that is easy on the eye. There are many samples of this kind of site online. Choose one that you like and have something like it made.

Simple black & white review site of any popular products convert well all the time for me. I didn't use much color combination with any of my review sites.
