    Low to Mid $xx because of crappy extension,for me .ws is the most awful extension.

    Perhaps in the future .ws will be popular. I think it has certain SEO value though.

    Definately has SEO value, then again, any extention has SEO value if you have the keyword in the domain. As to becoming popular in the future, I highly doubt this.
