Defiantly needs some work, not particularly user friendly and needs seo work. Your not going to get am accurate valuation if you don't provide more details such as vists per month, revenue, costs etc
Its hard to tell what your website is about from the front page. I don't even see a banner with the website name on the home page. Try to have the site market itself out there by having the name displayed on every page
Too heavy to load. Do something about it. I have 100s of sites open and I get any site open within 5/7 secs. Your site took around 20 secs to open. If I am a visitor, I'll certainly leave your site before opening and go to other close one. Sorry for this. But I think its the fact.
well it's a new site... it's not even 100% completed yet... we still need to add a logo on top and some other minor features. All in all it's an (E)lephant community based web-site... to provide users with [D]irect [D]own[L]oads so i think the domain name is pretty much in context Any other opinions ?! p.s.
