Buying Your Old Free Hosted Sites for $$$

I want to buy very cheap your free and non wanted aged blogger, Wordpress, livejournal, and other free hosted blogs.

I want to pay depending on age and quality of the blog. The best for me would be to buy a pack of 25 variated blogs for $10.

Please, your site must follow the this requirements:

1) your site must be indexed in google, not site with gray bar or banned in google.

2) your site must have a recent cache, not more than 1 month old

3) your site must have a few backlinks showing in google or yahoo

4) your site must have PR 0 and up, but no gray PR

5) your site must be at least 6 months old, but 1 year old are better

6) content can be in Spanish or English

7) Niches accepted - travel, health, web hosting/domain website design tutorials, internet marketing etc (might consider other niches too but no credit card, gambling, movies wallpapers etc type of junk please)

8) Traffic and content is not important, but make sure your site follows the above requirements.
