Well I was just searching around on google and noticed that toppremadelayouts.com has stolen several of my layouts from qualityfreelayouts.com. He changed all the links around except the image hosting links. So he/she is using my bandwidth while offering my layouts.

    Warning you guys about this..

http://toppremadelayouts.com/layouts/guys/ last 3 layouts on this page

What? I did not see anything related to Zango.

I'm just gonna change the links, around so he/she will stop stealing my bandwidth.

I posted this thread to warn other myspace site owners.

If you're still hosting the images just change them to "This layout was stolen from QualityFreeLayouts.Com" and add some text for the user to go to your website to get the new version. Or put "This layout has moved please go to QualityFreeLayouts.Com to get the newer code."

It won't be too harmful to users and if they like the layout they'll go right to your site looking for it. Just an idea.

not so great, any of your visitors that have that layout will also have that and will give you a bad reputation. I believe you can use .hta access somehow to block this from happening, I have seen several cases of this, they talked about it alot on myspace pros.

Well the he/she is a member here at digitalpoint. (Thanks to the person who notified me) I will not release the name unless the user fails to remove the layouts. Hopefully it will save us both some trouble.

My point exactly. He was referring to me if you all haven't noticed. I do not go around looking for layouts. I simply click an approve or disapprove button and the layout goes up.

The layouts have been removed. Just a little funny how you're crying over 4 layouts. Almost all of the huge MySpace sites practice a similar technique when acquiring layouts. A lot of them are user submitted.

I mean if you want to talk legal issues, you should discuss using copyright logo and images to make profiles for your website for personal gain.

    Thank you for the cooperation,
Well you are liable for what your users post. I really don't wanna hear you preach to me about infringing when your just as guilty, one thing you are guilty of is the fact your stealing my bandwidth. Anyway trying to keep this professional. Thank you for removing the layouts, sorry I had to put this in my signature to grab your attention.
