SEOquake also allows showing nofollow urls, click right on the icon and select "Line-through 'nofollow' and 'noindex'",
it's less handy then highlighting them in different color (harder to spot) but also useful, and seoquake works in firefox 3 beta

I have been using SearchStatus for a while, but after I realized that I don't need anything else than the PR of the page and after I found out the Google Toolbar, I replaced it with the Google Toolbar. It was doing nice job though.

 

For me sometimes the google toolbar won't load PR correctly. (E.g it'll get stuck on a page and keep showing the same PR even though I know it's incorrect.)

And yeah SEOquake does allow you to put a line through no follow links, I just really like having them highlighted.
