Your money is legible for withdrawing.. Thats what i got from paypal regarding my 2 limited paypal accounts

So now i can withdraw my money from my 2 paypal accounts, But i Dont have a credit card nor a us bank account, but i have a varified paypal account.

any sugguestions?

how come you dont have a US cc or bank account but you have US paypal account ?

 

mail them back before you withdraw..

I said i have a varified account. Varified accounts Not necessary to be from US.

 

Ask a friend from USA to help you out or try a VMI card.
I am not sure does the VMI card still work for paypal,i haven't used the VMI card for a long time.
And some people offer the withdrawing service,it usually charges a high-fee.
