Yeah this is definitely spam, don't fall for it. Also you don't get PR from twitter links, since they're no-follow.
Well there is some question if no-follow actually exists(I personally do not believe it does) but this is certainly spam. Uhh.. just because they didn't call it extortion doesn't mean they "don't know a whole lot" 1) It's not free. You require a banner ad -- Lie #1 2) You haven't had a lot of success. You have a tiny site with three backlinks listed on Yahoo, and what.. two posts on your forum there? -- Lie #2 The truth is if you have a lot of Twitter followers it is worth something and may even be worth a link. You should disclose this straight away though. It's insulting to the DP members.
