    There are many around to find inspiration from, a bit depending on what exactly you want to get inspired to do.  I do find my own mother to be incredible, but just as she says one you are in that situation, and so only you know which path is the right one.

    I usually lay down, turn on my iPod, and start imagining my future. Or, I get really focussed on a project, whether it be for work, or personal (i.e. photoshop, cleaning my room, etc) just to take my mind off of things.

    On a really bad day, I go to the gun range and blow off some steam.
