    Hi
    DP Members
Internet marketing and Earning is on a high role these days.
Many persons like even me too work for others and get the payment either through PAYPAL or any other method.
But U don't know bank is closely taking review of ur account and keeping this watch for NOT PAYING TAX and other LEVIES which are legally payable to the Govt.
If one doesn't pay these taxes n levies then the hammer of GOVT becomes heavier and U may have to shed tears later on for not keeping ur accounts in correct state.
I have been working as Company Secretary and wish to share my experience with all the needy.
What U people can Do ?
Send me your queries related to money and Taxes and I would suggest you accordingly.
    Thanks.

in india after reach RS 150,000 balance in bank then will report the info to income tax , one idea is to don't pay tax go out side of country and make one NRI bank account then put cash there its wrong but i have to say it because some NRI Job holders and exporters have big reduction from their income then why government don't allow to save our money who is making cash online ?

EDIT >> New tax payers need to apply for a service tax number and then pay service tax every quarter along with advance income tax returns. Till last year, if your total income was less than Rs. 4 lakhs, then you need not pay service tax. I believe this limit has been raised to Rs 8 lakhs in this financial year, but you need to check this with your accountant. So only big bloggers and websites are affected.

In Pakistan, if you own a Software House or Call Center who are providing services to other countries (USA, UK etc...) are free from tax for 15 years.

    This is incorrect.

We are partners of Google for the Adsense program and are not providing service to them.

Google already collects service tax from Adwords advertisers for the advertising that they put on our websites.

When Google sells advertising to Indian advertisers, it has to collect service tax.

However as we are partners, our share of service tax has already been paid for.

So still you think this is not taxable?
There must be some provision for this.
Or google has to take care for that.

As I said Google collects the service tax and pays it to the government.

When google collects Rs 10 from the advertiser, it collects Rs 1.23 as service tax.

This is the full tax on Rs 10.

Out of this Rs 10, Google hardly keeps Rs 1.5. Rest of Rs 8.5 is passed on to the publishers who are partners in Google's Adsense program.

The Rs 8.5 that we are getting was already taxed when Google collected Rs 1.23 from the advertiser.

Google is collecting taxes not just for its Rs 1.5 but also for our share of Rs 8.5.
