    I forgot to mention that the products on the website should be all related to the same niche and at least to be working fine e.g no display issues.

    Nah, I'm not looking to spend that much.

    Also no retardness please. Don't send me your website and claim it to be generating revenue when it's very obvious that it's a dummy template site, there is no buy function and lorem ipsum text is still there..
