Hi guys, how much would PHP & MYSQL for a real estate website be? This is does not include Web design, just PhP & MySQL. I'm asking for the service price for those services only.
In my opinion, I think you need to give more details as to what you want done with your real estate website with PHP and mySQL. This will allow developers to give you a better estimate.
a) Showcase properties for sale, rent & lease b) Allow clients to be able to search for properties for rent, sale & lease based on various variables ie; number of beds/baths, city, zip etc. c) Allow individual realtors to have their own pages example myrealtor.com/johndoe which would showcase there information and properties that they have the listing for. d) Ability to manage Realtors by admin, add, delete deactivate and move properties to another realtor etc. e) Ability to showcase properties on home page via variables, just listed, price or choose property. f) Ability for site viewers to contact realtor with regard to listing with contact form pulling listing variables. g) )Job posting ability for various locations.
