    i dont know about the them having MrNintendo TM but the have Nintendo TM its just like me having MyWii.com Wii it TM but not MyWii

    Couldn't they still come after you anyway because you have that name in your domain & are trying to profit from it?

    In regards to your .name domain, I wouldn't buy them at all. IMO it's a worthless extention.

    well if they come after me for MrNintendo then they can come after a lot of people like me that have MyWii.com and HotWiiSites.com and so on there are a lot of webasters that have domains with trademarked names in them i think i will contact them before i develop the site.
