    Hi,

Have you ever been head hunted?, did you turn the job down becuase of your loyalty to the business you were working for, or did you snap the offer as soon as you got it. Have you switched jobs in a head hunting scenario and totally regreted it? Or, are you a business who has lost staff to head hunters, and if so, has this affected your business or benefited it?

Yeah...I remember being head hunted in sports...was a funny thing actually...I was a 17 year old representing my country in a junior sport against USA. I smashed my USA opponent and the USA manager approached me after the tournament and tried to lure me to live in the USA, he would set up a good job for me and he would manage me in professional sport. I said "No".."I have a job in a supermarket"....LOOOOOL...I had no idea at the time I was turning down a million dollar opportunity.

Absolutely I've been head hunted but didn't change jobs. If the money's good than definately I would consider changing jobs if it suited me or re-negotiate with current employer for more $$$

How much better would the money have to be? You talking a small or wide margin?
